PRIVATE WALKING TOUR
What time does the walking tour start?
I recommend starting at either 10am or after lunch around 2:30pm.
Where do we meet?
The start point is usually at the Sanna Sculpture next to Tram Stop B – Grand Théâtre. However if your accommodation is in the city centre and you prefer I collect you from there, that’s no problem.
Are there any extra costs?
Only if you want to get a coffee or a few sweet treats along the way.
Where can i park?
The best carparks nearest to the usual start point are Parking Tourny – (All. de Tourny, 33000 Bordeaux) or Q-Park Clémence Auditorium.
What is your cancellation policy for the walking tour?
Free cancellation (minus 5% transaction fee) if you cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less that 24 hours before the experience’s start time will be accepted if possible but is at the discretion of thebordelais.com and does not have to be accepted.

How Do I pay?
Once you have made your reservation, you will receive an automated email with confirmation of your booking request. You will then be contacted directly by us to confirm your tour details. (Start times and individual requirements) Once everything is confirmed you will receive an invoice a couple weeks prior via email where you can securely pay online. There is no rush in finalising the payment, a couple days before would be perfect.
